Fantastic location, anything is close by. Team are super welcoming and helpful and talk fantastic English. You’ll find activities every single night and it´s a great way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being somewhat noisy but that’s extremely small. Excellent quality for the money!

Assuming that you are visiting Kraków you should book at BEST WESTERN Efekt Express Kraków. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very clean. And the nice ambience helped us disconnect, it was very cool.

This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the personnel from the reception were available at all the hours. The beds had been comfy and the people in the hotel were typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a problem. Really wonderful hotel and good location. Surely will advise this place!
